Some people argue that the technology such as mobile phone destroys the social interaction. Do you agree or disagree?????????

Due to contribution of the technology, like electronic devices, mobile phones have become part of the daily life. That is why some opine that the cell phone has had an adverse effect on the social interaction. However, I disagree with this notion. A number of arguments surround my opinion.
To begin with, mobile phones have not destroyed social interaction; they have merely changed it. Now people don’t meet each other face to face, they are connected to each other through this marvel of technology. Various options of the mobile sets allow to be connected with all around him, even with a long lost friends and neighbours. Inside a hand set we can have contact numbers and can get informed if someone calls even when the set is switched off. So nobody is beyond reach over very long distant, internet browsing, email checking options through cell phone also have made our life easier and one can get latest news of any member over a second of the time within his social circle. Earlier when a person is away from home, he was cut off from his family till he returned. But, today he is connected with them all time.
Furthermore, it would not be wrong to say that social interaction has greatly enhanced because of this technology godsend. Earlier people had friends only in their propinquity, but now it is possible to have a large number of friends from the whole world. It goes without saying that today’s youngsters have the largest social network that ever in the history of the mankind.
Undoubtedly, face to face interactions have come down but that is because of the fast paced lifestyle. Over the last half century, our lifestyles have changed beyond our wildest expectations. To survive in this. 24/7 society and to keep up with the Jones’ people have become workaholics. This is the main reason of the loss of the social interaction. The mobile phones only help the people stay interconnected in today’s time.
To sum up, cell phones have not lessened social interaction, they have merely changed the way of interaction and they have in many ways increased the social network of the people.

People say that a child’s success is dependent on the way parents bring to them up. To what extent do you agree or disagree????

Success in a person’s life doesn’t come overnight. One can’t buy the success from the store. It is something that requires the continuous investment of the time and efforts by the parents. Therefore I agree with the given statement that parents nurturing contributes a great deal to a child’s success.
There is no doubt that the most important part is played by the parents in the bringing up of a child. Parenting consists of balanced development of children’s physical, emotional and intellectual qualities. Parents provide shelter, food and clothes and also promote the healthy life of their children. Parents provide safe loving environment and have a mental bonding with their children. All these things do play a part in the child’s success in the later life.
Undoubtedly, there are other factors such as good schooling, good teachers and peers and the media. These too have a role in success of a child but it is ultimately the parents who select the school for their children. Good schools have good infrastructure and good faculty. They have a regular parent-teacher meeting. These interactions between the parents and the teachers are helpful in understanding the aptitude of the child and guide him towards the right career path.
Furthermore, the friend circle of the child also matters in success of the child. Here too, there is the role of the parents. Good parenting also involves keeping an eye on the child’s peers. If parents are themselves are friendly with their children will introduce them to their friends also. This is very important in the most impressionable adolescent year of the child’s life. Finally there is a role of media. Here too parents can intervene and monitor what their children are watching.

To sum up, parent is not an easy task. Becoming a parent is the easiest part, whereas being a conscious and a positive parent is a momentous task. Parenting is the most important role one faces in a lifetime. Parents who provide an encouraging environment for their children are rewarded when as adult their children become successful in a life.

In many countries, children are getting fatter and less fit day by day.

It is irrefutable that childhood obesity is a burgeoning problem these days in many part of the world. In this speech I intend into the causes of this problem and suggest some ways forward.
The most important reason is unhealthy diet. Children are attracted to fast food which is rich in sugar and fat. They are ignorant of what constitutes a healthy diet. Parents nowadays are busy in their work and are not present to guide their children. To add to it, children are bombarded with advertisements from fast food companies.
Another important factor is children are less active than they used to be. In the past young people took part in activities that burned a lot of energy. However, today they spent a lot of their times indoor, sitting in front of computers or playing video games. This sedentary life style is playing havoc with health of young people.
There are number of steps that need to be taken to solve this problem. The first is to educate the children about nutrition. Heath education should be incorporated in school curricula. Schools should organize compulsory lessons to explain the main elements of healthy diet and teach pupils how to prepare a healthy meals. Parents should also cook delicious meals at home so that children are deterred from eating fast food. Furthermore, government should have some restrictions on the type of adverts shown in advertisement. Finally, children should be encourage to take part in sports. Schools have a great role to play in this.
To conclude, childhood obesity is a serious problem and it should be tackled on a war footing otherwise the young people of today will have a very unhealthy middle and old age.

Nowadays, some celebrities such as film stars, sportsmen and pop musician are paid too much money. Which job should be too much paid.

The high incomes of celebs in the field of sports and entertainment have always been a matter of dispute. I agree that they are getting high remuneration for what they are doing but I also firmly believe that they well deserve it. In the following paragraphs I shall put my arguments to support my opinion and also suggest my opinion and also suggest some jobs which should be highly paid.
My first argument in favour of the high salaries of these celebrities is that they have a major contribution in lives of people. They provide entertainment and inspiration and they also bring name and fame to the country. They are role models for the society and people fallow them and listen to them. Secondly they have a very short career span. Most of the people in the sports and entertainment start their career at the age of 19-20 and retire by 33-35 years. Whatever these celebs earn is during these few years and after that they face struggle.
My final argument is that these celebs sacrifice their personal life completely and so they do deserve these high salaries. They cannot enjoy the common things as a common man does. They are always fallow by paparazzl and their children too always need security. This is too much price to pay for the salaries they receive.
There are many other professions that need high salaries. Doctors, teachers, nurses also serves the humanity and deserve high salaries. Then there are people working in our defence services such as army, navy and air force. Because of them we are leading secure lives. That is why they deserve a high pay packages. Furthermore, people working in high risk professions such as fire fighters and security guards should be paid more and finally people in administrative post such as IAS and IPS should have great salaries.
To sum up, people in sports and entertainment well deserve their high incomes. However, there are many professions which deserve high salaries.

How to answer any interview question???????

To start, take a tip from consultants who coach executives on how to handle media interviews. They say you can deliver the message you want to an employer, regardless of the question you’re asked.
Unlike some politicians, who take no notice of press questions and immediately introduce a different topic in response, job candidates must answer employers’ queries, says John Bradford of the interview training firm Genesis. However you can quickly make the transition from your answer to the important points you want to convey about your qualification, he says.
He advises candidates at job interviews to apply the formula Q=A+1: Q is the question; A is the answer; + is the bridge to the message you want to deliver; and 1 is the point you want to make.
Diligent preparation is also necessary to effectively answer any interview question, say senior execution .They give a number of useful tips.
·         Learn as much you can beforehand. Ask company employees question prior to job interviews to gain as much insight as you can .If the company is publically owned, find out how viable it is by reading shareholder reports. You can then tailor what you can say to the company’s issues.
·         Be prepared for question that required you to show how you handled a difficult challenges .
These questions requires stories in response, but as it’s unlikely that you have one that fits every situation, try to recall some from your past experience that show how you copied with range of issues.
·         Count on being asked about a past mistake or blemish on your career record, and don’t try to dodge the issue. Ms Murphy. President of Murphy group, a media interview  training firm, says that it’s important to steer clear of lies at all cost.  Just answer the question and move on.
·         When discussing a mistake, focus on the positive outcomes. You learn as much by dropping the ball as you do by catching it, says senior executive Mr Friedman. When he was interviewed for his current job, he mentioned he had been involved in many successful turnarounds and one that failed. And I said how I’d benefits in many ways from going through that experience, he says.
